A postdoctoral position (one year, possible extension for up to three years) is available at the Computational Biochemistry group of Prof. Elsa Sanchez-Garcia at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. The project deals with the implementation and application of multiscale computational approaches and molecular dynamics simulations for the study of protein-ligand interactions and enzymatic reactions.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
PhD in computational chemistry or computational biology
Expertise in biomolecular simulations, advanced sampling techniques, free energy calculations
DESIRABLE:
Experience in multiscale approaches for biomolecular systems
Programming skills
