The registration and abstract submission to the International Workshop on Photoionization & Resonant Inelastic X-ray Scattering (IWP&RIXS) 2024 is now open.
The abstract submission deadline is May 6, 2024.
The IWP&RIXS 2024 workshop will take place in Ascona, Switzerland from July 21-26, 2024 at the conference site hotel on the hill of Monte Verità which offers splendid views of Ascona village. You will also have time to enjoy Lake Maggiore on a boat trip to Brissago Islands.

There are two scheduled poster sessions at the end of the first two days of the workshop and we have slots for selected contribution talks among the submitted abstracts. On the last day of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to visit Swiss laboratories at ETH Zurich and PSI.
The pretty lakeside village Ascona is a much-frequented spot during summer holidays. Please book your accommodation as soon as possible.
