The physics and chemistry departments of the University of Connecticut invite applications for a postdoctoral research position in the area of experimental ultrafast molecular dynamics / ultrafast physical chemistry. Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have a PhD in physics, physical chemistry focusing in ultrafast molecular dynamics and energy transfer including the possible role of coherent phenomena, before the start date. A successful candidate should have the ability to produce high quality research in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Expertise with ultrafast lasers, velocity map imaging detection, and experimental UHV systems is desired. Ability or experience in writing publications is also preferred.
