Major responsibilities The work focuses on the application of computing methods developed in artificial inteligence and data mining to the analysis of experimental datasets from the fields of Astrophysics, Molecular, or Subatomic Physics.
Contract terms Full-time temporary employment. The position is limited to a maximum of one year (6 months + 6 months). Gross salary: 2.101,87 € per month
Qualifications To qualify for this position you need to have a doctoral degree in Physics, Mathematics or equivalent. You are expected to have skills in communicating and comprehend abstract concepts. It is a bonus if you have experience in programming and in data analysis. You should be able and motivated to work within international collaborations. The position also offers the candidates to dedicate part of their time to advance in their own individually driven research interests.
The position requires sound verbal and written communication in English. Knowledge of Spanish is not a requirement.
