We are hosting our second annual Future Faculty Conference on May 26th-27th 2022 (virtual format). The conference is predominantly aimed at postdocs but any researchers who have completed their PhDs, are currently participating in research, and are looking to return to academia are also encouraged to apply.
The conference aims to attract people interested in academic/faculty careers in organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, theoretical chemistry, materials, chemical biology, biophysics, and other areas of molecular science. In addition to presenting their research, they will have the opportunity to engage in workshops designed to support them in preparing for academic job applications, interviews, and negotiations. We also seek to increase the diversity of researchers in chemistry; therefore, we particularly welcome applications from researchers who come from any groups that are underrepresented in the physical sciences.
